Can I transfer my existing Carbon portfolio?

Yes! We will automatically import your existing projects. Don’t worry, nothing will happen to your old portfolio while you create your new one. Once you’re happy and ready to GO LIVE with your new one, you can transfer your URL and payment plan. Questions? Ask us here.

Will there be an increase in price?

If you're on the old Whoo or Laserwhale Carbonmade plan, there will be no change for you. If you're on the Basic plan, your new price will be $8/month. You can of course cancel any time you like or switch to our SLEEP plan ($1/month) to keep your data safe and URL reserved.

Can I try C4 before switching?

Yes. When you migrate your portfolio it will create a NEW Carbonmade v4 account for you, but nothing happens to your old one before you make the final step. You can take all the time you need to try the new Carbonmade until you go LIVE for real.

Will you delete my old portfolio?

If you don’t like to switch, you just stay on the old Carbonmade, we don’t delete it. Our focus is of course on the NEW Carbonmade, so we’re not developing any new features for the old one. We highly recommend you switch eventually. :)
